Returns & Exchanges policy

    Customer returns & exchange requests will be limited to unused
    footwear.
    Please ensure that your returned items are new, unused and have
    all tags still attached. Please include all packaging (i.e. shoe
    boxes, dust bags, tags etc.) with your return. We will not accept
    returns that are without tags, damaged, used and/or altered.

    Sale Items including unused footwear are returnable. These are
    subject to the same requirements as regular priced items.


    EXCHANGE POLICY

    Customers will have 7 days from receipt of your order to
    exchange an item. We can only exchange an item for a different
    size of the same style.

    FAULTY GOODS

    If you’ve received damaged, faulty goods (where a manufacturing
    fault has occurred), we will exchange the faulty item for the same
    size & style (subject to availability). Please notify us at
    olivier@howtomakebootsfromyourgarage.com immediately, so
    we can make arrangements to repair the item or reserve in-stock
    items for you.

    HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEMS?

    1) Sign into http://www.howtomakebootsfromyourgarage.
    com/returnandexchangepolicy.html/ and fill up the form.
    Described the items you'd like to return or exchange. Write the
    reason for your return or an available size to exchange. Agree to
    our Returns & Exchange Policy. Submit your request.

    2) Call UPS to collect the package (1-800-PICK-UPS), or drop off
    the package at your nearest UPS location (www.ups.com). If you
    choose for UPS to pick-up your package, they will bill you
    directly for their collection fee.

    3) We will notify you by email once your return has been
    received and processed.
